Our Microsoft Teams Connector allows Teams users to access the public switched telephone network (PSTN) with sophisticated call routing features as well as inter-operate with other LPS Connect resources such as desktop phones, CoreNexa and facility-wide communications appliances (paging and entry systems, ruggedized phones, etc.) .
With the integration in place, employees can remain logged into Teams at all times. There’s no need to jump in and out of the interface/application, making this new integration an essential and high value add-on for any organization with Teams users.

LPS’s Team's Connector utilizes Microsoft’s Direct Routing platform to integrate LPS Connect’s calling services with Microsoft’s desktop and mobile dial pads, @-mentions, chats, channels, and alerting interfaces.
Shared call paths, nested auto-attendants, call queues, ring groups, TOD routing and many other call handling and routing features ensure that all calls reach their most appropriate destination.
