LPS is an FCC registered New England, NY/NJ, and Mid-Atlantic based Communications Services Provider (CSP) and AV Systems Integrator servicing the telecommunications and AV requirements of small and medium size businesses.
We have been offering tailored voice, video, messaging, AV, unified communications (UC), and collaboration/presentation services and solutions since 2008.
We service our customers with a hands-on support organization. We are your first point of contact and assistance for problem resolution and support. We don't rely on off-shore support centers. We also don't push packaged solutions nor expect our customers to self educate to configure and manage the system(s) on their own. Pro-active engineering, personalized system design, implementation, continuous training, responsive help desk, and on-site support (if necessary) are the hallmarks of our company. We handle all interaction with the system relative to configuration and support, essentially operating as your outsourced telecommunications department.

We design and provision systems that are both basic and comprehensive - integrating voice with messaging, video, meetings, and collaboration - on both LPS Connect and Microsoft Teams platforms. LPS Connect is a communications-centric platform while Microsoft Teams is collaboration-centric. Both platforms can be iused simultaneously and share common numbers and features. This enables the use of the most situationally appropriate interface, CORENEXA or Teams, when answering or making calls.
